CBG announces vacancy for the position of Lawyer. 

The duties will include dealing with all business and corporate law issues of the group member companies. 

Requirements:

• Quality higher education at LL.M or J.D. level in Corporate and/or Business Law
• Significant work experience as a corporate and/or business lawyer
• Superior analytical skills
• Superior communication skills
• Superior contract writing capabilities
• Multitasking ability
• Team working ability
• Creative
• Positive and motivated
• Fluency in English and Russian is a must
• Tax law expertise would be a big advantage
• Bar exam would be a plus
